Deadline for final registration for pre-registered participants is December 12, 2025.
Due to limitations in participation, acceptance of registration is due to prior acceptance of a
paper (which counts as pre-registration) or the pre-registration as a participant without presentation interests. Participation includes acceptence of possible assignment of roles as chair persons or discussants by the organizers (see below).
Consideration in the program is subject to payment of fees latest by January 30, 2026.
Participation fee is 480 Euros.
The fee covers registration, coffee breaks, a welcome reception, and the conference dinner,
accommodation is not included. For participants who are not members of any of the supporting
associations, a membership fee for an association of their choice will have to be added to the
basic fee. The available options to be selected during final registration include EAAE (100 EURO for a 2 years period), IFAMA (150 EURO for 1 year, students and PhDs 20 EURO), CIGR (65 Euros for 1 year).
Preregistration and submission of presentation proposals: Submission of presentation proposals is through the provision of an abstract of not more than 500 words in English
by October 10, 2025 as email to fooddynamics@uni-bonn.de.
Authors will be notified by October 31, 2025 about the acceptance of their proposal for presentation during the conference. Submission counts as pre-registration.
Pre-registration for non-paper participation (which includes potential acceptance of assignment as session chair or discussant) is also due by October 10, 2025 through an informal e-mail to fooddynamics@uni-bonn.de
Final registration:
Final registration requires pre-registration as outlined above. Information about the procedure for final registration and the payment of fees will be sent to those who have pre-registered.
Full paper submission: Paper submission due by January 23, 2026 asks for papers with a minimum length of 2 pages (full papers or extended abstracts) to be sent to fooddynamics@uni-bonn.de.
Language: The official language of the Forum is English.
Location: Conference center of Garmisch which is situated in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the entrance of the pedestrian area
Reimbursement of fees: In case of cancellation by December 31: 100%, by January 15, 75%, by January 31, 50%.
